The Best Deal in Multi-Market Hemp Product Compliance — Ever.

Finally. A single testing workflow that scales with your brand, not your costs. Multi-state compliance has been expensive, confusing, and slow. New Bloom Labs changes that.

The Problem

Every state wants something different. Meeting each market’s testing rules has meant duplicate full panels, mounting invoices, and weeks of delay. Testing compliance has become almost impossible.

The New Bloom Labs Solution

>One Full Panel.
>Multiple state-specific reports.
>Less cost.

Starting today, we can reformat a single Full Panel test for state-specific compliance in multiple markets—with more states added soon.

  • Use one Full Panel to meet requirements in Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, and Kentucky

  • Add additional state reports without ordering new tests

  • Cut compliance overhead and move faster into new markets

Why It’s a Game-Changer

Until now, multi-state compliance could easily cost $2,000+ in testing - for every product batch. With New Bloom Labs, it’s a fraction of that—so you can expand your footprint without inflating your budget.

  • State-specific reports generated from one Full Panel

  • Faster time-to-market with fewer testing cycles

  • Clear deliverables designed for regulators and retailers

Simple, Predictable Pricing

  • Start with one Full Panel test

  • Add state-specific reports - only as needed

  • Each additional state report costs half the price of a brand-new test

Stop overpaying for duplicate testing. Test once, scale everywhere.

Who Is This For?

  • Brands and manufacturers selling in more than one state

  • Private-label partners who need consistent documentation across markets

  • Retailers and distributors who demand clean, compliant, ready-to-file reports

How It Works

  1. Submit your samples for a Full Panel at New Bloom Labs. Choose “Multi-State Compliance” in the testing menu.

  2. Tell us the states you’re targeting here.

  3. Receive formatted, state-specific reports built from the same Full Panel.

State-Specific Compliance. Less Cost. More Growth.

We’ve made compliance simple, scalable, and affordable—so you can focus on launching products, opening doors, and growing revenue.

Some fine print.

Compliance is critical. So to keep everyone on the up-and-up (both you and us), there are rules.

  1. We can’t reformat old tests. Only full panel tests begun after October 15, 2025 apply.

  2. If you order a test that will be reformatted for multiple states, order the “Multi-State Base Full Panel” menu item.

  3. If you start from a specific state and request reformat to another state, we may not be able to accommodate you. Why? Because some states require less reporting than others. So if you start with a “smaller” report, we can’t make it “bigger” - but we can make a “bigger” report “smaller.”

  4. Each re-format for a new jurisdiction is $250.

  5. We can’t change expiration dates, which are always determined by the date that testing is completed.

  6. We can’t remove the photo of your testing sample, but we can add a photo of your branded packaging to your COA. There is a $10 fee for this.

  7. We can’t remove the QR code.

  8. We can both white label (re-brand) and re-format for state-specific reformatting. White label COAs cost $25 per page.

FAQs.

We can probably cover a lot of your questions here.
But as always, feel free to give us a call.

  • We take the data from a single Full Panel test and generate regulator-ready, state-specific reports for multiple markets—so you don’t have to pay for duplicate testing.

  • It’s the math! If you need five individual full panel tests for five different jurisdictions, that can easily cost $2500. Sometimes a lot more.

With New Bloom Labs, that tops out at around $1500, depending on your specific needs.

We just saved you $1000 - on every product batch.

  • That depends on the state and it’s why this is such a tough problem for multi-state brands.

It’s why we start with a comprehensive full panel. From there, we can hit most any state.

  • Probably not. There are some tests that Tennessee doesn’t require. If we start with this report, we won’t be able to go back and add more testing after the initial test has been reported.

  • After your first report is complete, simply request new state formatting here. We’ll make the change for you and distribute the new reports in your customer portal.

  • Probably. Call us.

  • It depends. Right now, we’re on about a 5-7 business day turnaround for Full Panels.

However, as a safe basis for your production planning, expect about a two-week turnaround for a Full Panel report. This is likely to fluctuate to some degree in the weeks and months to come. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your reports faster if possible!

  • Typically, 15 grams or 15mL is adequate to complete the full package of required tests. However, in some instances its advisable to send larger samples of gummy material and beverages.
